UNITED STATes

All orders shipped to addresses in the continental US are charged $15 flat rate. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged $25 flat rate. We ship UPS Ground (5-7 business days), or USPS Priority (2-3 business days), depending on the size and weight of the item. All in stock items are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We do our best to keep the wood carvings in stock, but on occasion, we will have to make your bear when we receive the order. A carving marked “in stock” may not necessarily be in stock, but is available to be made to order. If this happens,  your bear will be shipped within two weeks. If there are any problems with an order, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email through our "International Orders" page. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, and the email address to which we should send a PayPal invoice (we currently only accept PayPal payments for orders shipped internationally). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.

We are not currently shipping products to the UK.
