WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All in stock item are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We do our best to keep the wood carvings in stock, but on occasion, we will have to make your bear when we receive the order. A carving marked “in stock” may not necessarily be in stock, but is available to be made to order. If this happens, your bear will be shipped within two weeks.

How do I care for my wood carved bear?

We recommend keeping your bear out of the weather or direct sun in order to minimize cracking and to keep them in good shape.

For Jeff's larger original carvings, oil at least once a year with a clear wood finish (we like Penofin brand). If any cracking does occur, use a black paint or matching russet color stain to touch up, and finish with Penofin. 

For smaller wood carvings, touch up with black paint, and finish with a spray wood finish (we use Deft brand). Be sure to cover the eyes with tape before finishing!

Do you ship internationally?

If you would like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email through our "International Orders" page. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, and the email address to which we should send a PayPal invoice (we currently only accept PayPal payments for orders shipped internationally). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.
